About

My name is Dr. Elizabeth Zdradzinski. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and I practice out of my office located in Stockton, California. I have been practicing in the field of psychology since 1996. I have earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Loyola College of Baltimore, a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate of Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego, California. In addition, I specialize in child and family systems. I have lived on both the East and the West Coast, in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Southern and Northern California, and in Florida. Stockton, California is my home. I have extensive experience working with youth, adults, and elders, many of whom have struggled with anxiety, trauma (sexual, childhood, and relationship abuse, domestic violence), depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, gender identity, and sexual identity. I am passionate about providing services to the LGBTQ community. I have experience with parent coaching, co-parenting, non-traditional family dynamics and relationships, as well as divorce. It is my goal to address all issues with sensitivity, support, and cultural competency. I work with clients to de-stigmatize mental health and the experience of therapy. Therapy sessions are conducted in a relaxed and professional manner. I enjoy establishing authentic, genuine, and compassionate relationships with all of my clients. I like to describe the experience of therapy sessions in a manner that is like having coffee with a compassionate friend or mentor. I believe in the importance of meeting my clients at their level of personal growth and development. This will support existing strengths and wellness, as well as achieving set goals. I believe that your personal strength is the catalyst for change. Just as strength in the therapeutic relationship grows too, the potential for long-term wellness, satisfaction, and success are fostered. My therapeutic approach is one "with open arms." By providing a warm, compassionate, and person-centered experience, I hope for clients to feel the caring, protective, and nurturing relationship that I strive to offer.
